Requirements
Matric or NCV Level 4 with a recognized M+3 years Degree or National Diploma in Finance Management, Accounting or Auditing or related qualification; 5 years’ experience in a Financial Management, Budgeting and Financial reporting (in terms of GRAP); in which 3 years must be supervisory experience in Financial Management environment. Knowledge of the CET Act, PFMA, Treasury Regulation and understanding of Accrual system.
Duties
Develop, review, implement and monitor Finance policies in line with relevant legislation; Planning, coordinate, review, analyse and quality assure the financial supporting information for planning purposes. Coordinate, review, analyse and quality assure the management accounting reporting processes. Preparation of GRAP compliant Annual Financial Statements and dealing with both external and internal auditors. Manage the operational processes, resources and procedures associated with the management accounting functions.
