Matric or NCV Level 4 with a recognised NQF Level 7 qualification in Education;Eight years teaching experience with a minimum of three years' experience at management level; Registered with SACE; Sound communication skills; Computer literacy; A valid driver's licence.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Management Of Curriculum Development, Implementation and Academic Support at the Campus; Management of Campus Finances, Including Procurement and Fixed Assets; Management of Student Support Services; Community Engagement ,Skills and Learnership Services; Campus Administration and Management of Human Resources; Planning and reporting; Maintenance and Infrastructure; Quality and Risk Management;Student improvement and development; Student registration and enrolment planning; Management of examinations and assessments; Management of all campus resources; Supervision of staff and their performance; Respond to internal and external opportunities to promote the campus and maintain stakeholder relations and partnerships; Actively advocate, support and facilitate student and staff workplace integrated learning (WIL); Secure, manage and maintain fixed and moveable property of the campus; Manage the human resources of the campus, including on labour relations and staff wellness matters establish and maintain effective programme administration systems on the campus; Manage all the operational activities at the campus level; Comply with DHET and college policies and procedures.
